Hub-In Rides Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of Hub-In Rides, a ride-hailing and delivery platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hub-In Rides. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Account Registration

To use Hub-In Rides, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Use of the Platform

You agree to use Hub-In Rides for lawful purposes only and in accordance with the terms outlined. You must not:

• Engage in any illegal activity using the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or any connected networks.

Payments

All transactions conducted through Hub-In Rides are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to process transactions on your behalf.

Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using Hub-In Rides to:

• Engage in fraudulent activity or provide false information.
• Harm, harass, or threaten other users or individuals.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Platform’s software.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Hub-In Rides at any time, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in unlawful conduct.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Hub-In Rides provides the Platform "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits or data.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hub-In Rides, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rwanda.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
