Hub-In Rides Terms of Use

The following terms and conditions govern your access and use of this mobile application (“application”). These terms and conditions also govern the content and services offered to you through the application(s). By accessing, using, printing, installing, or downloading any material from any of the Applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time at our discretion; your use of this Application(s) after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must exit the Application immediately.

• Hub-In Ride: Refers to Hub-In Ride Inc.
• We/Us/Our: Refers to Hub-In Ride as the context requires
• You/Your: Refers to the User

All products and services of Hub-in Ride herein provided are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use. These terms and conditions are meant to regulate your access to this Application and they are to be read together with the applicable terms and conditions governing any transaction(s), product(s) and/or service(s) provided in this Application.

The contents of the Applications, including but not limited to text, artwork, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, software, video, music, sound, photographs, graphics, illustrations and other material ("Material") are protected by the applicable copyright laws.

You may only access and use the Applications, or any of the information or Materials provided on the Applications in a lawful manner.

To enjoy the full benefits of the Platform, you must create a user account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Ensuring the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

Our Platform serves as a connection between users seeking transportation services ("Riders") and independent drivers ("Drivers"). These services encompass:

• Daily commutes
• Appointment transportation
• Leisure trips
• Parcel delivery services

The Platform solely acts as an intermediary, and the Company does not provide transportation services directly.

1.1 Prohibited Conduct

While using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violate the rights of other users
• Harm the reputation of the Company
• Use the Platform for unauthorized purposes

1.2 Respectful Treatment

All users must treat Drivers and other users with respect. We prohibit:

• Harassment of any kind
• Discriminatory behavior
• Abusive language or actions

2.1 Payment Processing

We support secure payments through:

• MTN Mobile Money
• Airtel Money

2.2 Fare Calculation

Fares are calculated based on:

• Distance traveled
• Time duration
• Demand factors

A transparent fare breakdown is provided before ride confirmation.

2.3 Payment Disputes

For payment-related issues:

• Contact customer support immediately
• Provide relevant transaction details
• Allow 3-5 business days for resolution

3.1 Data Collection

We collect information to:

• Provide transportation services
• Improve user experience
• Facilitate customer support

3.2 Location Data

Location access is used for:

• Accurate ride matching
• Real-time tracking
• Service optimization

3.3 Third-Party Services

Integrated services include:

• Payment processors
• Mapping services
• Analytics tools

The Company retains all rights to:

• Platform logos and trademarks
• Proprietary software
• Application content and design

Unauthorized reproduction or modification is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms violations
• Fraudulent activities
• Safety concerns
• Unauthorized system access

These Terms are governed by Rwandan law. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of Kigali.
